The Shapers of our Future

A lot of children these days are getting forced to do hard labor, and it saddens me to hear that they don’t get to live a normal life, especially since they might not even have time anymore to go to school and make friends, and they get to experience reality this young. Forced labor breaks multiple rights of a child which are; the right to relax and play, the right to education, the right to protection and several more.

This November, I just want people to remember and realize the importance of children’s rights and their effects if not given to a child, because as innocent some of them are now we shouldn’t let them experience the adult understanding of “reality”, give them proper care, food, shelter and clothing, give them the rights to education, give them the protection from harm, human trafficking, give them time to relax and play, and most of all give them the love they deserve. Because what we make them feel now is what they will make others feel in the future, give them flowers and they will also give flowers to their friends and their children, but give them swords and axes and it will just be an endless, vicious cycle of pain and bad influence. If you can’t fulfill one of these rights, please just surrender the child to your local authorities, you are not worth nor you will ever be worthy to attain the honeyed smiles of our children.

People these days tend to overlook the importance of children and their rights, because depending on how you handle, treat and influence their little minds, they have the ability to create or destroy in the future. They may not be anything right now, but in the right hands and influence, they may be everything in the next generation.
