    A lot of children these days are getting forced to do hard labor, and it saddens me to hear that they don’t get to live a normal life, especially since they might not even have time anymore to go to school and make friends, and they get to experience reality this young. Forced labor breaks multiple rights of a child which are; the right to relax and play, the right to education, the right to protection and several more.   At the beginning of classes in Grade 9, I didn’t know what to expect from the new normal education, I had difficulties trying to comprehend the lessons my teachers gave me, because of the lack of guidance and the overall classroom atmosphere, it was a very stressful and lonely experience, although I still gained a lot of knowledge and ideas in the teaching-learning system we had.   Back in the very beginning of 2020 when the virus was still finding its way to our country, we Filipinos lived in peace and harmony, we were so careless back then, we could still go outside and enjoy our normal life, go to school or work without wearing annoying masks, go to dine in restaurants without safety protocols, go visit our cousins, our friends, or even have sleepovers with them.
